Entrepreneur and creator of Light of Kieran, embodying the essence of her being through the exploration of life and experience. Kieran is an old soul, a wanderer and artist, carrying the wisdom of many lifetimes.

With over a decade of immersive study and practice, she has dedicated herself to teaching and practicing yoga, leading meditation, and exploring integrative nutrition. She works one-on-one with individuals, guiding them in mind-body awareness through assisted stretching therapies, psychology, tantra, Ayurveda, and psycho-spiritual approaches. Her expertise also spans conscious communication, medicinal herbs, numerology, life path work, and a deep connection to the untamed beauty of the Western outdoors.

She holds certifications in Applied Stretching Techniques and Theory, Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching, Holistic Nutrition Coaching from INN, and 420 yoga teacher hours from Passion to Purpose Hatha, Pathways to Prana Yin and Kaula Tantra, Shamanism and Yoga and is Reiki 1. Additionally, a BFA in Photography and Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
